Delete your Tumira account

In the app: open Tumira, tap your photo or Profile, then Delete my account. Tumira first checks nothing is still open (a delivery in progress, customer cash a rider holds, fees a shop owes, or money Tumira still owes you) and tells you what to sort out.

Without the app: send DELETE MY ACCOUNT on WhatsApp to +263 71 488 8633 from the number you signed up with. We do it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
• Rider ID, licence, guarantor and emergency contact details
• Your devices registered for notifications

What is kept

• Records of deliveries and payments, without your name or number, for 7 years as tax and anti-fraud law requires
• ID document photos for up to 12 months, only if needed to settle an open dispute, then deleted
