Book in three steps

Who it's for, where to (drop the pin on their gate) and check. Tumira suggests a fair fare; you can raise it or lower it.

The nearest verified rider takes it

Riders close to your shop get the job first. Each can accept your fare or ask for more, and you choose: price, rating and distance side by side.

Tracked live, handed over with a code

Your customer gets the rider's name, plate and a live map on WhatsApp. The parcel leaves the rider only when they give their 4-digit code.

For shops

Delivery without hiring a driver.

  • You set the fare. Tumira suggests one from the distance; riders can ask for more, you decide.
  • Cash on delivery, your way. The customer pays your EcoCash at the door, or the rider brings the cash back to you the same day.
  • Every handover is checked. The rider needs your pickup code, then the customer's delivery code. A photo is taken at both ends.
  • If they're not home, the parcel comes back to you with your code. You choose when to try again.

For riders

Your bike, your hours, your fee.

  • Keep the whole delivery fee. Tumira's share comes from your credit, topped up by EcoCash, OneMoney or InnBucks.
  • Jobs near you first. Go online and the closest jobs come to your phone, even with the screen off.
  • Ask for more on a long trip, or accept and go. Climb from Bronze to Silver and Gold for a smaller share.
  • Help in one tap. An SOS button sends your location to Tumira and your emergency contact.

National ID, licence, plate and a selfie with the ID, checked automatically and by a person. A quick face check every week keeps accounts from being shared.
