Where's my parcel?

Enter the order code from your WhatsApp message from Tumira and your phone number to see your rider live on the map.

Good to know

  • The code looks like TM-1042. It's in the WhatsApp message that says your order is on the way.
  • Use the phone number the shop has for you (the one that got the message). Shops can use their own number too.
  • Your 4-digit delivery code is different: give it to the rider only when the parcel is in your hands.
  • The map shows the rider while they carry your parcel. The link stops working 2 hours after the delivery.
